Our Frequently Asked Questions

Complimentary 15 minute consultations are available to be booked with any stylist or colourist. We will aim to answer any questions you may have over the phone.

If you would like to amend or reschedule your appointment, please let us know as soon as possible. We like to be as flexible as possible, however there may be a cancellation charge if you cancel less than 48 hours before your appointment – this is because it is difficult to fill this gap at such short notice.

Refreshments in our salons are complimentary so please feel free to ask one of our friendly team for a drink.

Ordering food into the salon is a popular choice by a lot of our clients that have a long appointment.

At Alan Coban salons we make getting your hair done an easy process. Walk-in and same day bookings are very welcome subject to availability. However to ensure we run as smoothly and on time as possible we encourage guests to book in advance.

 

You are welcome to hang your jacket up in our cloakroom, although please note we are not liable for items left in the cloakroom. Please ensure you have all your belongings before leaving the salon. Whilst every care is taken with your personal belongings left inside the salon, please note they are left entirely at your own risk. We do not cover any damage on personal belongings.

3. Visit: Visit one of our award winning salons and one of our friendly team members will assist you.

No worries! Contact our Front of House team as soon as possible. We offer a 10 day colour and cut guarantee/grace period during which we will invite you back to the salon for complimentary adjustments.

Salon Policy Notice

To ensure the smooth running of our salon and respect for all our client’s schedules, we have implemented the following policies

- A rough estimate may be provided over the phone by one of our friendly customer service team but an accurate quote can only be provided in salon by your hairdresser. This can be established during your free consultation with your stylist once they have seen your hair.

- As a new client a deposit is required to secure your appointment. The deposit amount is determined according to your booked service. The amount will be credited towards the cost of your service on the day of your appointment. You may do this online, over the phone or in-salon. You may cancel or reschedule your appointment 48hrs prior to your appointment. This policy allows us to efficiently manage our schedule and accommodate other clients.

- Refunds for deposits are available if unable to reschedule and more than 48hrs notice is given. Changes or cancellations must be made at least 48hrs prior to the actual appointment time to avoid forfeiting your deposit.

- A grace period of 10 minutes applies. Clients arriving 10 minutes late or more to their appointments may not be guaranteed of their original time or service. Please kindly notify us if you are running late and we will try our best to accommodate.

- To make the most of your pampering session, we recommend arriving 5 to 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. This gives you time to relax and unwind with a complimentary cup of coffee or a glass of champagne.
