Celebrities Visit SiriusXM Studios - December 9, 2014

Joining the ranks of Eva Longoria, Lauren Conrad and Halle Berry (and whole lotta more) is Rosario Dawson. The star of Seven Pounds and Josie and the Pussycats sported an edgy bob unlike the usual beachy ones we’ve seen recently. The cut has an extra punk rock appeal to it because of it is graphic part with a shaved side. Will you experiment with your bob like this?

Keira Knightley’s Romantic, Brunette Low Updo

More than a fashion icon, we always look up to Keira Knightley for regular hair inspirations. Through the years, we’ve seen the award-winning British actress change her hairstyle comfortably. From a piecey pixie to long voluptuous waves, we think she has already done it all.

This month, Keira did not do anything drastic with her hair. What she actually did was actually quite simple but nevertheless, created a huge impact in the beauty industry – a hair colour change. She donned a rich chocolate brown colour just in time for the holiday season.  The cool undertones of this brown shade amazingly enhanced her alabaster complexion.

Pantone’s 2015 Color of the Year: Marsala

This 2015, get ready for the dominance of a sexy and alluring hue that will certainly bring out the sexy goddess in you – Marsala.

So what exactly is a Marsala colour anyway? Here’s Pantone’s (the global colour authority) answer: “Much like the fortified wine that gives Marsala its name, this tasteful hue embodies the satisfying richness of a fulfilling meal while its grounding red-brown roots emanate a sophisticated, natural earthiness. This hearty, yet stylish tone is universally appealing and translates easily to fashion, beauty, industrial design, home furnishings and interiors.”

This rich vino shade is actually quite common in the fashion and beauty industry (clothing items, accessories, lipsticks and nail lacquers, among others). If Marsala is translated into hair colour, it will similarly look like Drew Barrymore’s hair in the photo below. How do you like the new Pantone colour?
